How do I connect with someone?
Open the app, go to the connection or invite area, and share your invite code or link with the person you want to connect with. Only share invites with people you trust.
Why did my doodle or notification not show up?
Delivery can depend on notification permission, battery settings, network connection, app version, and device behavior. Make sure notifications are enabled and the app is allowed to run normally in the background.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions unlock paid features and are managed through your app store account. You can cancel or manage billing from Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Can I change my profile photo or name?
Yes. You can update supported profile details inside the app. Some changes may have limits or cooldowns to prevent abuse.
How do I delete my data?
Use the available account controls in the app or contact support. Some data may take time to delete from backups, logs, provider systems, or records we must keep for security, billing, or legal reasons.
