Partnerships Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must have authority to act on behalf of the advertiser and agree to these terms when booking placements.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after payment. Inventory is limited and may change in real time.

3. Creative Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your creative meets the tier requirements and does not include unlawful, misleading, or harmful content. We may reject or request edits to creative that does not meet guidelines.

4. License to Use Creative

You grant Doodles a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your submitted creative for the booked newsletter issue and related promotional materials.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.

6. Liability

Doodles is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your placement. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
