Partnerships Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to advertiser accounts and the Doodles Partnerships portal used to book newsletter placements.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: email and profile name from your login provider.
• Booking data: brand name, target link, issue date, tier selection, and billing status.
• Creative data: headline, ad copy, CTA, discount, notes, and uploaded images/logos.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To process bookings, payments, and confirmations.
• To review and schedule your creative in the newsletter.
• To provide support and communicate about your placements.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the Partnerships portal (e.g., hosting, authentication, storage, and payment processing). We do not sell your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking and creative data for business records and newsletter operations. You may request deletion where permitted by law.
